| Rohit Poddar is sixty-five years of age, and has business experience for about forty-seven years. At the age of eighteen he started his construction business with his father, and he made tremendous progress from January 1963 to 1979. Mr. Poddar was fully involved in the construction business. In 1980, Mr. Poddar had a very keen interest in electronics, and had made tremendous progress in achieving electronic product lines like super mini computers, computers, fax machines, and televisions. He mainly worked with LG from Korea from Feb 1982, having turned over more than $100 billion in 1980. He was very interested in these electronic items, and then he made his start in the electrical business via gold stock cables. He worked extensively on such cables, which were one of the main components for power plants. |

| As his interests shifted to conductors to cables, he became interested in transmission lines and grids. Simultaneously he became interested in power plants. By the year 1988, he was fully involved in power plants, and including the construction of hydro and thermal power plants, and was greatly interested in power plants in Japan, Korea, Russia, England, France, Croatia, Slovenia and China. He had been to most of the major plant manufactures I the world and had studied the workings of the plants. Mr. Poddar had great experience in 660 MW capacity critical coal power plants, 500 MW capacity coal power plants, 220 capacity coal power plant, 135 MW capacity coal power plant, 200 and less MW capacity hydro power plant. Mr. Poddar had visited Japan, South Korea, Russia, Slovenia, Croatia, France, England, China, Hungary, and other countries many times, and had done many studies throughout the past twenty years. He worked on different plants and towards establishing a complete power plant, complete grid, and transmission lines, and had gathered a great deal of knowledge about these plants. |

| Eight years ago, Mr. Poddar started to work with wind energy. He had a dream that the future of life was in wind energy, and devoted his time to studying this new technology, spending 2 to 3 years researching various wind energy projects, and worked very hard on wind energy in India over the past eight years. He has attended over twenty wind energy conventions, and is proceeding in fulfilling his dreams to start this own wind farm. He decided to have his own wind farm in southeastern Colorado to be built in 3 to 4 years, and with his experience, he is very keen to the potential of the industry and his project. He has many advisers and workers who are ready to join him when the moment comes. Mr. Poddar has a very deep knowledge of transmission and grids and can save a lot of money to do these things. He devoted twenty years of his life to working in power plants exclusively, and it was very a very difficult experience. He stayed in China, Russia, Korea, Europe and the USA for a long time, and had a range of experience in the power plant business. For the last 3 years, Mr. Poddar has made his base in the USA, regularly traveling to other countries to gain knowledge about wind farms, for which he spends many hours a day working towards achievement of the goal. |
